Get into the parent app

Parents don't create a password. Your school emails you a secure sign-in link, and the link signs you in.

Sign in with your link

1. Install the Clear Day app and open the email from your school on your phone.
2. Tap the link. It opens Clear Day and signs you in. There's nothing to type.

If the link doesn't open the app, for example because you opened the email on a computer, open Clear Day yourself:

1. On the welcome screen, tap I'm a parent.
2. On Sign in with your school's link, paste the link or code into Have a code or link instead?.
3. Tap Sign in.

Once you're in, the app keeps you signed in as you use it. Signing in on a new phone, or after you sign out, needs a new link from your school.

If the link doesn't work

A link works once and expires, so it may say This link is no longer valid. Parents can't request a new one from the app. Contact your school's office and ask them to resend your link. They can also look up your family account if you never got the email.
