View invoices and pay tuition
Available on Run and Grow
Find your invoices and receipts in the billing portal, reached from Autopay, and what to do if you pay by hand.
Clear Day doesn't show invoices inside its own screens. It hands you to the billing portal, a secure page your school uses through Stripe, titled Billing. Invoices, receipts and payment history all live there.
Open the billing portal
In the app, open the Billing tab. On Autopay, tap View invoices & receipts at the bottom. It's there whether or not autopay is on.
On the web, open Autopay from your home screen. On an enrollment with autopay on, click Manage, then Open portal.
Manage appears only once autopay is on for that enrollment. On the web, if you pay by hand, there's no link to the portal yet. Use the app, or ask your school for a receipt. Old invoice links and bookmarks send you to Autopay.
What the portal holds
- Your invoices, with their line items
- Your payment and receipt history
- The card or bank account on file
- A way to cancel autopay
Your card details go to Stripe, not to Clear Day. When you finish, return to Clear Day and your changes are picked up automatically.
Find a receipt
Open the portal the same way and look in your payment history. If a receipt looks wrong or a payment never cleared, send your director a Billing request. See Question a charge.
Questions about the policy
For late fees, refunds and withdrawals, read your school's policy and ask it a question. See Your school's billing policy.
To turn on automatic payment, see Autopay and payment methods. Still stuck? Email [email protected].
