For preschools, daycares & small private programs

One empty seat.
$12,600 a year.
Clear Day fills it.

One seat at $1,050 a month, for a year. Your tuition, your number. The calculator runs it.

Most childcare software runs your day. Clear Day also fills your classrooms, with Sunny, an AI assistant built into the app. It drafts the tour follow-ups, the check-ins after a family leaves, and the sibling notes, and your team approves each one before it sends.

Now enrolling for fall
A warm place for your child’s first years.

Ages 2 to 5. Two rooms, small groups, and a play yard out back.

Meet Sunny · your AI assistant

Ask your school a question.
Get the answer and the work.

Sunny is an AI assistant that lives inside Clear Day, reading your own roster, forms, schedules and messages. It answers in plain words, shows every step it took to get there, and hands anything it wants to do back to you as a draft. Have a go. The families are made up.

Ask Sunny something

Dashed means not yet. A proposal stays dashed until a person approves it. Approving is what makes it solid, and it's your name on the send.

One receipt per job. Every answer shows the work: what Sunny read, in order, with a count on each step. If a number looks wrong you can go check it.

It never moves money. Billing is wired shut at the tool level, not by a prompt. Sunny is refused before the request reaches a model.

WORK RECEIPT · 3 STEPS
Read the fall roster
Checked signed forms
Cross-checked message threads
It reads the paper too

Photograph an immunization card or a registration form and Sunny pulls the fields out, matches the child, and waits for you to approve the filing.

@sunny in your staff channels

Mention it in a team thread and it answers there. In a channel it only reads. The one thing it can do is hand a draft to your own tray.

It never loses your place

Close the app mid-answer and it keeps going. Reopen and you land exactly where you were, on the phone or the web.

Asking, receipts, action slips and @sunny come with any paid plan. Reading paper forms and drafting outreach to a family are part of Grow.

Hi Elena,

It was such a treat to meet you and Maya this morning. She made herself right at home in the art corner. Ms. Priya said the rainbow she painted is still up on the easel. She joined circle time like she’d been here all year.

We’d love to have Maya join the Dandelion Room. There’s a seat with her name on it. Would Thursday work for a second visit?

Drafted. Approved. Sent in your voice.

Clear Day writes the first draft of every follow-up. Nothing reaches a family until someone on your team says so.

“Hi Elena, it was lovely meeting you and Maya this morning. She lit up in the art corner…”

Written from your real tour notes, while the visit is still warm. Check-ins after a withdrawal and milestone notes queue up the same way.

Log a withdrawal and a warm check-in gets scheduled. You pick when it lands. A year later they’re still your community.

How reach-back works →
First look
Open seats go to families you know first.

Existing families see what’s next before the public waitlist does. The right family is often one you already know.

Family briefs
Walk in already up to speed.

Open any family and a short brief sits at the top: what to know, what to bring up, what to leave alone. It lists the notes and messages it was built from, so you can go check the work.

For families

Your account follows you.
Even if your school doesn’t.

One Clear Day account for all of your kids and all of their schools. Photos, milestones, and message history stay with you, not with a school’s subscription.

One account. Every kid. Every school.

Photos and milestones don’t disappear when you switch schools. Your child’s history is yours to keep and export, always.

Switching schools? Two taps.

The new school adds you by email or phone. Same login, same history. No second app, no “we couldn’t find your account.”

Fees you can see before you pick.

No markup on card or bank payments. You pay Stripe's rate, and the dollar cost is shown before you confirm. No surprise auto-deductions, no fees buried on the receipt.

Security & privacy

Children’s data deserves real care.

We built Clear Day with the care you bring to your classrooms. Here’s how we protect the families who trust you with theirs.

Your data never trains AI.

Your center’s information stays yours: never shared, sold, or used to improve models. Drafts work from attendance, notes, and schedules. The photos teachers post to families are never sent to a model, and health details stay out of drafts unless your staff types them in.

Clear Day drafts. Your staff sends.

Every draft that reaches out to a family (the tour follow-up, the check-in, the reach-back) waits for someone on your team to send it. The routine updates you switch on, like daily reports, go out on the schedule you set.

Encrypted & US-hosted

TLS in transit, encrypted at rest on US infrastructure with strict access controls. Children's information enters the system only through your authorized staff.

Role-based permissions

Parents see only their own child, and staff see only their own school. Changes to a child’s record, to billing, and to billing policy are each recorded with who changed what and when.

You own your data

Ask for a full export any time and we deliver it. Request full deletion whenever you want. No lock-in, no data held hostage.

Switch in an afternoon

Send us your roster.
We do the rest.

Send your roster and recent reports from whatever you use now. A real human owns the move end to end, Clear Day lays your center out for review, and nothing goes live until you sign off. No setup fee, no implementation invoice, no training bill.

Parents who already use Clear Day at another school get linked the moment you upload the roster. Everyone else gets a two-tap invite.

1
Send your roster
A spreadsheet, an export, even paper forms: whatever you have.
2
We lay out your center
Rooms, rosters, schedules, and billing, set up for your review end to end.
3
You sign off. It goes live.
Nothing launches until you’ve looked it over. Plan for an afternoon, not a migration season.

We know “switch in an afternoon” is what every vendor’s page says. Here it means a real person owns your move end to end, and nothing goes live until you sign off. And Clear Day Grow runs alongside whatever you use today. You don’t have to switch to start.

FAQ

Fair questions, straight answers

What is Sunny, and do we have to learn a chatbot?
Sunny is the AI assistant built into Clear Day, and it's a tray of work rather than a chat window. Ask it something in plain words (who's out today, which rooms are short this afternoon) and it answers, showing the steps it took and the records it read so you can go check the work. Anything consequential comes back as a draft that waits for someone on your team to approve it. Asking, work receipts, action slips and @sunny in staff-only channels come with any paid plan; reading photographed paper forms and drafting outreach to a family are part of Grow.
Will AI message our families without us knowing?
Not without you sending it. Every AI-drafted message to a family (tour follow-ups, check-ins, reach-backs) waits for someone on your team to review, edit, or skip it. Two AI-written family sends are the exception, and they aren’t the same as each other: the end-of-day report goes at the time your school sets, and a parent can turn it off in their own notification settings; the Sunday family digest has no such switch today and goes to every family with an enrolled child.
Is our data used to train AI models?
Never. Your center’s information is never shared, sold, or used to improve models. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted in the US, and children’s information is collected only through your authorized staff, never from children.
How long does switching actually take?
An afternoon, in most cases. You send your roster; a real human runs the import end to end and lays your center out for review. No setup fee, no training bill, and nothing goes live until you sign off.
What happens to parents’ photos if we cancel?
Parents can export their photos, milestones, and message history from their own account whenever they want, and switching schools doesn’t reset that. The account follows the family, not your subscription. If you cancel, your records stay exportable for 30 days before they’re deleted, so give your families the heads-up and they can take their own copy.
Is the website really free?
Yes. Every school gets a hosted page (or an enrollment page, if you already have a site) and the enrollment assistant on it, including its included monthly allowance, at no cost and on no particular plan.
