You own the data you input. We act only as a processor. We do not use your data for AI model training or other purposes.

Service fees are outlined on our pricing page. Plans are billed monthly, per classroom, with no long-term contract required. If you cancel within your first 90 days, we refund what you have paid, no questions asked. We may suspend access for non-payment.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, self-serve, without a phone call. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access through the period you have already paid for. We do not charge, and you do not owe, any of the remaining term beyond that; Clear Day has no acceleration clause. We may also suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware.
