What Sunny can do

Ask Sunny "what can you do?" and you get the list, not a paragraph about being helpful. It is grouped by area, and each skill has an example you can tap. The same list is on the tray as cards, and in full under All skills, or What Sunny can do in Sunny's menu.

It is the real list

The list comes from the same place Sunny's permissions come from. It never shows a skill Sunny would then refuse to run. So two people at the same school see different lists.

• Teachers see classroom skills: a child's profile, today's daily report, the roster for a room, attendance, lesson ideas, observations and filing an incident.
• Directors and admins see those plus school-wide ones: attendance and staffing today, roster summaries, billing health, paperwork completeness, inspection readiness, curriculum coverage and family tasks.

Grow adds the enrollment skills

On Run, the enrollment skills are not in the list, and if you ask for one, Sunny says it is a Grow feature instead of saying you lack permission. A plan question and a role question are different, and Sunny keeps them apart.

The Grow-only skills are the enrollment pipeline, the pipeline board, the enrollment funnel, occupancy forecasting, family engagement, churn analysis and drafting outreach. Reading paper forms is Grow too. See scan a paper form.

On Free, drafts for the free tools, such as an Ouch report, have a monthly count per tool. Plus has no limit. See your Sunny tool limits.

Every example is safe to tap

A skill that answers a question answers right away. A skill that would touch the world, such as sending a message, filing a document or changing a record, stops and hands you a draft. Exploring the list cannot cost you anything. See drafts wait for your team.
