Your Sunny work allowance
Available on every plan
Rolling out: if you don't see this yet, it isn't on for your school yet.
How much drafting Sunny does for your school each month on each plan, what uses it, and what happens when it's used up.
Some free tools ask Sunny to draft something for you, like an Ouch report or a family newsletter. Each finished draft uses a few points from your school's allowance for the month. The allowance resets at the start of each month.

What uses points
Today two tools draft from the allowance, both in the app:
- An Ouch report uses 1 point.
- A classroom newsletter uses 2 points.
So a Free school can draft 10 Ouch reports in a month, or 5 newsletters, or a mix. A Plus school has ten times that.
Only a finished draft counts. If a draft fails, or you run the same report again, you aren't charged twice. Clear Day doesn't show a running total yet. You'll know the month is used up when a tool tells you so.
The calculators, printables and closure calendar don't use any points.
When the allowance runs out
Nothing breaks and nothing is charged. The tool opens in manual mode: the same form, with Sunny's part left for you to fill in.
- In the Ouch report, the form is empty and reads "Sunny's done for this month — the form is all yours."
- In the newsletter, the month's facts come back unarranged, with the line "Sunny's done for this month — here are the month's facts, ready for you to arrange."
You can still finish, print or share the result. Sunny drafts again when the new month starts.
