Your plan is what your school pays Clear Day for the software. It is separate from tuition, which is what families pay you. Tuition has its own section under Tuition billing.

Plus is one flat price for the whole school, however many classrooms you have. Run and Grow are billed per classroom, monthly. Annual billing isn't offered.
Which one fits
- Free if you want a website that answers families and collects inquiries, and you run the day some other way.
- Plus if the Free limits on tours, calendar events or Sunny are getting in the way, or you want your website on your own domain. You still run the day elsewhere.
- Run if you want Clear Day to run the day: check-in, daily reports, messages to families and tuition.
- Grow if you also want to manage the path from inquiry to enrolled child inside Clear Day.
Each plan builds on the one before it. Free and Plus share the same website tools. The classroom tools begin at Run.
How you get each plan
- Free: sign up for a free website ("Build a free website" in the app, or a "Build my free website" link on the web). It costs nothing and takes no card. A Free school that has never had a trial can start one 14-day trial of everything, Run and Grow, once, from the Unlock sheet or the Billing page.
- Plus: buy it from the Upgrade page on the web or from Plan & billing in the app. See The Plus plan.
- Run and Grow: a school that signs up the regular way ("Create a new school" in the app) starts on a 14-day free trial of everything, Run and Grow, with no card. Any school, including one on Free or Plus, can also choose Run or Grow from the plan picker. There is no waitlist. See Choose or change your plan.
