The Plus plan

Plus is Free with the limits raised. It costs $20 a month for the whole school, flat. It doesn't change with the number of classrooms, and it doesn't add the classroom tools. Those begin at Run.

What Plus adds

• Unlimited tour bookings from your site, instead of 4 a month.
• An unlimited calendar, instead of 10 new events a month.
• Answers in Spanish from your enrollment assistant. See Answer families in Spanish.
• More Sunny help each month. The work allowance goes from 10 points to 100. See Your Sunny work allowance.
• A larger allowance for your enrollment assistant, three times the Free amount.

The Plus card also lists your own domain. Setting that up isn't open yet, so it isn't covered here.

Buy Plus

Only a school admin can buy a plan.

On the web

1. Open Billing in your navigation. It opens the Upgrade page, headed "You're on the free plan."
2. On the Plus card, click Choose Plus.
3. Enter your card on Stripe's checkout page. Nothing is charged until you confirm there.

You can also start from any locked Plus feature. The Unlock sheet shows the monthly price with a Get Plus button.

In the app

1. Open the Billing tab. It opens Plan & billing.
2. On the Plus card, tap Choose Plus. Checkout opens in your phone's browser, not inside the app.
3. When you finish, return to Clear Day. It picks up your new plan on its own.

If the card reads "Coming soon," Plus can't be bought yet. Check back later.

Manage or end Plus

Once you're on Plus, the Upgrade page is headed "You're on Plus." Click Manage billing (in the app, Manage billing details) to update your card, see invoices or cancel. The steps are in Manage your plan and billing.

If Plus ends, your school goes back to Free. Your website and leads stay as they are.

If you're on Run or Grow

You can't move down to Plus yourself. The web picker doesn't offer the card, and the app shows "Contact support to switch." Write to [email protected] and we'll make the change.

The Plus chip

While you're on Plus, a "Plus" chip replaces "Free plan" in the header. Tapping it opens the Unlock sheet, which offers the waitlist for Run and Grow. See Want Run or Grow?.
