Answer families in Spanish

Available on Plus, Run and Grow

Rolling out: if you don't see this yet, it isn't on for your school yet.

Let your website's assistant answer in Spanish, what stays the same, and what you'll see on Free.

Turn this on and Sunny can answer visitors in Spanish. It uses the same sources as in English, your published page and school profile, translated. The setting is on the web.

Turn it on

  1. Open Website, then the Settings tab.
  2. Under "What Sunny may say," find Answer in Spanish. Its note reads "Same sources, translated. Handoffs are flagged for a Spanish-speaking reply."
  3. Switch it on. It saves right away.

When Sunny can't answer a question and hands it to you, the handoff is flagged so you know to reply in Spanish. It appears in your leads inbox like any other question.

Only a school admin can change this setting.

What doesn't change

Sunny still won't invent anything. If your page doesn't say it, Sunny won't either, in either language.

On Free

On Free, Answer in Spanish shows with an Unlock button in place of the switch. It opens a sheet titled "Unlock Spanish answers," and from there you can choose Plus. See The Plus plan.

If your paid plan ends, Spanish answers stop.

A bilingual poster

Separately from the assistant, the QR poster can print in English and Spanish. See Print a QR code or poster.
