Print a QR code or poster for your site

A printed QR code is the quickest way to get your website in front of families who walk past, pick up a flyer or come to an open house. The app can't make one yet, so use the web.

Make one

1. Open Website and find Share your site, or use the button on the "Your site is live" screen after you first publish.
2. Choose Print a QR.
3. Under "Where is it going?", pick a place:
   • Front door or window. A big sign with a big code.
   • Community board. For the library, pediatrician or coffee shop. It can have tear-off tabs and a headline of your own.
   • Tour handout. Four to a page.
   • Take-home folders. Four to a page, for current families to pass along.
   • Open house. A sign for the day, with waitlist sign-ups.
4. Under "Families who scan land on," choose Book a tour, Waitlist or Home page.
5. Pick Black & white or Color, and English or English + Español.
6. Under "From your site," switch on what to print: Now enrolling, Hours and Phone.

The preview updates as you choose. Use A4 changes the paper from Letter. Choose Print to send it to a printer. PDF opens the same print dialog, where you can choose "Save as PDF." PNG downloads the QR code alone.

Publish first

If your site isn't live, the picker warns you: "Your site isn't published yet. Families who scan will see an offline page until you publish." Print after you publish. See Choose your web address and publish.

See which one works

Each place is tracked. A family who scans a door sign and sends an inquiry appears in your leads inbox as "Front door sign." The other places show as "Community board," "Tour handout," "Family referral" and "Open house."
