What's included in the Free plan

What a Free school gets, the monthly limits on tours and calendar events, and what needs a paid plan.
The Free plan is for a school that wants a website, an assistant that answers families, and an inbox for their inquiries. It costs nothing and has no card on file. You start on it when you choose "Build a free website" at sign-up.
What's included
- A website at
yourschool.clearday.school. Sunny builds the pages from a few questions, and you publish when you're ready. - An enrollment assistant on that site. It answers visitors' questions from the facts you've given it, up to a monthly allowance. Past the allowance, the page falls back to the plain inquiry form.
- A leads inbox. Every inquiry from your site lands there.
- Tour bookings from your site: 4 a month. Families can book real tour times up to 4 a month. Past that, they can still send a tour request, so nobody is turned away.
- New calendar events: 10 a month. Deleting one frees its slot, and the count starts over each month. Closures, holidays and early dismissals never count, so you can always add a closing.
- Free tools. Printables, sign-up sheets, a registration form and the rest of the Toolkit. See Free tools.

What you'll see when you hit a limit
At 10 events, the calendar shows "You've added this month's events" and offers Plus. On the tours page, a line reads "Free plan: 2 of 4 tours a month booked in September" and changes when the month is used up.
What Free doesn't include
Attendance, daily reports, classrooms, family messaging and tuition billing start at Run. Until then, these show as locked cards under "Do more with Clear Day" on your home page. Tapping one opens a sheet that explains it and offers the waitlist for Run and Grow.
On the web, the "Billing" link in your navigation opens your Clear Day plan, not tuition billing.
Moving up
