Your weekly director digest

Every Sunday, Clear Day composes a digest for each director. It is about your families, not a week of classroom activity. It is separate from the weekly digest families get.

Only directors (school admins) can read it, and you only see your own.

What is in it

• Lapsed this week on the web, Slipped this week in the app: families whose engagement dropped a level, with the move (for example from Watch to At risk) and a short reason.
• Milestones next week: birthdays, anniversaries and other dates coming up.
• Open touchpoints: follow-ups that are due or overdue, with how many days overdue ("4d overdue").
• What you might miss: notes teammates pinned in the last two weeks.

A section with nothing in it says so, for example "No families slipped this week."

Where to find it

Open Today's brief, then choose Weekly digest. The header shows the week ending and when it was generated. Under Past weeks, you can look back at up to 12 earlier digests, each headed "Week ending" and a date.

If you have not had one yet, the page says your first digest lands Sunday evening.

How it is sent

The digest is read-only. You cannot refresh it, because it is composed once a week. On a week where nothing came up in any section, it is saved for you to read but no email goes out. Each email has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops the email, and the digest is still here.

The morning brief is the daily look. The digest is the weekly one.
