Save your child's photos
Find your child's photos in Clear Day and keep a copy on your phone.
Your school shares photos through Clear Day, and you'll want a few of them to keep. Here's where to find them and how to hold onto the ones you love.
Where the photos live
Photos show up in two places:
- The daily report. Each day's report has a Photos section with the pictures from that day. Open a child's report from your home screen to see them.
- The photo gallery. Open a child's profile and tap Photo Gallery for the full set, grouped by day with the newest first. Tap any photo to open it full-screen, swipe between them, and pinch to zoom.
Keep a copy of one photo
There's no per-photo download button. To save a single photo, open it full-screen in the gallery and take a screenshot: press the side button (top button on iPad) and volume-up together. The screenshot lands in your photo library, where it's yours to keep, print, or share.
Keep everything
For the full set, use your data export. Open Settings and request an export: we bundle your family's photos, milestones, and history into a download. You can request one export every 24 hours, and each finished export stays downloadable for 7 days.
Before you leave a school
If your child is moving on, you don't lose anything: your account keeps read-only access to the photos and history already shared with you. It's still worth running an export so you hold your own copy too.
Want a particular shot at full quality rather than a screenshot? Email the school and ask: the teachers have the originals.
