Read your daily reports

Your child's teacher keeps a daily report for every day they're in care. It's the quickest way to see how the day went, from drop-off to pickup.

Open the report

• In the app, tap Full report on your child's card for the day. On the newer Today screen, it's on the day timeline.
• On the web, on your home screen, click the Daily report icon in the Today column next to your child.

The report fills in as the day goes, so pull down to refresh for the latest meals, naps and photos. Most rooms finish around pickup, so the fullest version is usually there that evening.

What's in it

• Summary, a short AI recap of the day, when one's available
• Attendance, with Check-in and Check-out times
• Meals, such as Breakfast, Lunch or PM Snack, and how much your child ate: None, Some, Half, Most or All
• Naps, with any notes from the teacher
• Activities and Notes
• Photos from the day
• Behavior, on the web only: a once-a-day rating your teacher may set (Star Day, Green Day or Red Day). You can read it but not change it.

Look back at earlier days

Next to the date at the top, tap the back arrow to step to the day before. The forward arrow walks you toward today and stops there. To keep photos for good, see Save your child's photos.

Read it in your language

On iPhone and iPad, when your device language isn't English and the language pack is installed, a Translate control appears on the report. It translates the Summary and the teacher's notes, on your device. The text never leaves your phone.

Get updates as they're posted

Allow notifications for Clear Day in your phone's settings. Then open Settings, then Notifications, and choose from Messages, Attendance, Student events and Daily updates. Student events covers photos, naps, meals, activities and notes, and Daily updates is the end-of-day summary.
