Your school's billing policy
Available on Run and Grow
Rolling out: if you don't see this yet, it isn't on for your school yet.
See your school's published billing policy and ask a question about late fees, refunds, autopay or withdrawals.
Your school can publish a billing policy. You can read what it covers and ask questions about it, such as late fees, refunds, autopay and withdrawals.
Open it
On the web, open Autopay and click Billing policy & questions. In the app, open Autopay in the Billing tab and tap Policy at the top, or Billing policy questions at the bottom.
If your school hasn't published one, you see No billing policy yet. Once it does, the page appears here.
What you see
The page shows your school's policy version with a Published tag, the date it takes effect, any note your school wrote to parents, and a Covers list of the topics it addresses. If your child has left the school, you can still read it.
Ask a question
Type your question in the box, such as "What happens if I pay late?", and tap Ask. Answers come only from your school's published policy. Under each answer, Based on names the part of the policy it used.
If the policy doesn't cover your question, the page says The policy doesn't cover this — contact your school for details. Send your director a request. See Send a message to your director. Your questions from this visit stay on the page under Earlier this session.
If you ask too quickly, wait a minute and try again.
