Links your school sends you

Schools send a few kinds of links that work without an account. Open the link on your phone and follow the page.

Register your child

A registration link opens a short form for the school. It takes about three minutes. Use Next and Back to move between the sections, then Send registration. Your answers are saved on your phone while you fill it in, so a dropped signal doesn't cost you your work. Sending again doesn't register your child twice.

Join a waitlist

1. Open the waitlist link. Enter your child's name, birthdate or due date, choose Which waitlist?, and add how the school can reach you.
2. Tap Join the waitlist.
3. Keep your private link. Copy it or share it from Your private link, because the school can't resend it and it's the only way back to your place.

Your private page shows your child's place, such as "2 families ahead of you in Twos". When the school gives some families priority, such as a sibling of a child already there, it reads "About 2 families ahead of you" instead. Being on the waitlist isn't an offer of a place.

To leave, tap Leave the waitlist and confirm. If you change your mind later, you join again at the back.

Report an absence

An absence link opens Let [school] know. Choose Today or Tomorrow, add the child's name and an optional reason, add your name, and tap Let the school know. If the school gave you a link with your children already on it, you only choose who's out and which day.

Reporting this way is only a heads-up. It doesn't check anyone in or out. After you send it, the page shows Sent, and Seen by the school once the office has read it. If your school runs Clear Day's attendance in the app, see Report an absence instead.

Pick a sign-up slot

A sign-up link, for conferences or volunteer shifts for example, lists open times or items. Pick one, tap Continue, add your name and contact details, and tap Book with the time.

The page then shows You're booked. Add to calendar saves it, Change time moves it and Cancel frees it up for someone else. Nothing needs an account. The phone you booked on can change or cancel it, so come back to the same link. If someone else takes the time first, the page offers the nearest open times.
