Immunization compliance dashboard
A standalone, always-current roster of every active child with an overdue or due-soon required vaccine: per-child status tags and a per-vaccine breakdown, on the School tab.
The Immunizations dashboard is a single, roster-wide view of which children are behind on their required vaccines. Open it from the Immunizations tile on the School tab. It loads on its own the moment you open it and always reflects live data, so there's nothing to run or filter.
What it shows
The dashboard lists every active child who has at least one required vaccine that's overdue or coming due. A child who's fully up to date doesn't appear. If no one's behind, you'll see Everyone's up to date — no overdue or due-soon immunizations. instead of a table.
Each row has three parts:
- Child: the child's name.
- Status: one or two tags summarizing the child's situation: a red N overdue tag and an amber N due soon tag. A child can show both.
- Vaccines: the specific shots that triggered the row. Each line names the vaccine (and the dose number, when recorded) and whether it's overdue or due on a given date.
The due-soon window
Above the table, a line reads Showing overdue vaccines and those due within N days. That window decides which not-yet-overdue shots count as "due soon". It's configurable in your school settings and defaults to 30 days. A vaccine due today counts as due soon, not overdue; only a date that has already passed is overdue. Children with an exemption on file aren't flagged.
Dashboard vs. the reports-hub report
This dashboard is not the same thing as the Immunizations Due / Overdue report in the reports hub, even though both lean on the same compliance rules:
- The dashboard here (School tab) is a standing, always-current operational roster you keep an eye on. Open it any time to see exactly who's behind right now.
- The Immunizations Due / Overdue report lives in the reports hub alongside your other operational reports, shows an as-of date, and fits into the export and print flow you use for the rest of your reporting.
See Access and navigate reports and Run and filter reports for the report-hub version.
Who can see it
The dashboard is available to directors and admins. The roster covers the children at your school, so use it as your at-a-glance compliance check before licensing visits, enrollment, or any time you need to know who's overdue.
