Check immunization compliance

The Immunizations dashboard lists every active child who is behind on a required vaccine, or about to be. It loads on its own and always shows live data, so there's nothing to run or filter. Directors and admins can open it.

On the web, open the School hub and choose Immunizations. In the app, open the School tab and look under Records.

What each row shows

A child who is fully up to date doesn't appear. If nobody is behind, you see "Everyone's up to date" instead of a table. Each row has:

• Child: the child's name.
• Status: a red N overdue tag, an amber N due soon tag, or both.
• Vaccines: the shots that triggered the row, with the dose number when it's recorded, and whether each is overdue or due on a date.

The due-soon window

The line above the table reads "Showing overdue vaccines and those due within N days." The window defaults to 30 days. You can't change it on the screen. Ask Clear Day support if you need a different one.

A vaccine due today counts as due soon. Only a date that has already passed is overdue. Children with an exemption on file aren't flagged.

Dashboard or report?

This dashboard is a standing list you check any time. The Immunizations Due / Overdue report in the Reports hub shows an as-of date and fits the export and print flow you use for other reports. See Access and navigate reports.
