Find and navigate the reports hub

Where the reports hub lives, what each report card covers, and who can open it.

The reports hub gathers your school's operational reports in one place: attendance, ratio compliance, incidents, spot checks, daily activities, meal counts, the student roster, a staff overview, and immunizations. Every report pulls live data, so you can see what's happening across the school without opening one classroom at a time.

Where to find it

  • On the app: open the School tab and tap Reports. It's under Records, and there's also a Reports quick chip near the top of the screen. The screen is titled Reports.
  • On the web app: go to Reports. You'll see the Reports heading with the line Operational reports for attendance, compliance, incidents, and staffing.

The reports hub is for directors and admins. Teachers won't see it in either place.

What you'll see

The hub is a list of nine report cards. Each one has an icon, the report's name, and a short line about what it covers:

  • Attendance: Daily attendance records with check-in/out times
  • Ratio Compliance: Staff-to-child ratio snapshots and violations
  • Incidents: Incident reports by type, severity, and status
  • Spot Checks: Head count verification and discrepancies
  • Daily Activities: Student events, meals, and activity logs
  • CACFP Meal Counts: Food-program meal counts by date, classroom, and child
  • Student Roster: Enrolled students with emergency contacts
  • Staff Overview: Staff directory with activity and assignments
  • Immunizations Due / Overdue: Children with vaccines due soon or overdue, by status

The chevron on the right of each card opens that report.

The Immunizations Due / Overdue card here is the report-hub view. If you want the standalone, always-current roster of every active child with an overdue or due-soon required vaccine, use the dedicated Immunization compliance dashboard on the School tab instead.

Two more entries sit alongside the standard reports, one per client. On the web, a Custom report builder lets you build your own report from a safe set of fields and filters, then preview, export, or save it. See Use the custom report builder for the full walkthrough. In the app, a Saved reports entry runs the custom reports you built on the web.

Open a report

  1. Tap or click the card for the report you want.
  2. The report opens on its own screen. Set your filters and date range there, and the data loads to match.

For how to set those filters and read what comes back, see Run and filter reports.
