See the revenue your current billing plans will bring in over the next 3 to 24 months, by plan and by month.
The revenue projection shows what your current billing plans will bring in over the months ahead, plan by plan. It's the one financial report Clear Day keeps, because Stripe can't see your billing plans. For payments and payouts, use your Stripe dashboard. This is for directors and school admins, and it's on the web only.
Open it
Open Billing, then Reports, and choose Revenue projection.
Read it
Pick a window from the menu at the top: 3 months, 6 months, 12 months or 24 months. It starts at 6.
Total projected, next N months is the sum for the window. Under it, a table has a row for each plan and a column for each month, with a Total row at the bottom.
What it counts
It counts committed revenue only: families currently on a plan at the current rates, plus any scheduled rate raise that takes effect inside the window.
It doesn't count families who are still in your enrollment pipeline and haven't enrolled. Treat it as the floor for your budget, not a forecast of growth. For how many seats you could still fill, see your seat forecast on the Enrollment forecast page.
