Edit your profile
Available on every plan
Update your name and photo so your team sees the right you.
Your name and photo show on your Settings page. On Run and Grow, they also show in the staff directory and next to your messages.
Open Edit profile
On the web, go to Settings and select Edit profile. In the app, open the Settings tab and tap Edit profile at the top.
Change your name
Type your First name and Last name, then select Save. You need at least one of the two; if both are empty, Clear Day says "Enter your first or last name." and won't save. Each name can be up to 100 characters.
Change your photo
On the web, the photo card at the top has Upload photo and Remove. Remove falls back to your initials. In the app, tap the avatar, choose a picture from your camera or library, and crop it.
Use a JPG, PNG or WebP image up to 10 MB. A square image works best. The photo saves as soon as you pick it, so you don't need Save.
