Use the bell to see recent activity, and see where each tapped push notification takes you.
Notification settings decide which alerts reach you. The bell shows recent activity once you're in Clear Day. Free and Plus schools on the web don't have a bell.
The bell
On the web, select the bell in the top bar. A panel lists recent items, each with a title, a short line and how long ago it happened. A dot marks unread ones. The count on the bell refreshes on its own and again when you open the panel. When there's nothing, it says "No recent activity."
Select a row to jump to it: a message thread, a student, an incident, or your payment methods. Some items, like calendar events, are for awareness and aren't clickable.
What a tapped push opens
In the app, tapping a push takes you to the thing it's about.

A spot-check discrepancy opens spot checks, and an auto-checkout summary opens your classroom list. If a push is for something your role can't open, the tap does nothing.
Turn categories on or off in Notification settings.
