Download a copy of what Clear Day Family stores for you, or delete your Family account yourself. What deleting removes, and what happens to a school account on the same email.
You can take a copy of your Clear Day Family data, or delete your Family account, at any time from Account.
Download your data
Under Your data, choose Download my data. Clear Day downloads a file with your shortlist, the centers you follow and your tour notes.
Delete your Family account
Under Leave Clear Day Family, press and hold Hold to leave Clear Day Family until it finishes. Clear Day deletes your shortlist, tour notes and the centers you follow, and signs you out. This can't be undone, so download your data first if you want a copy.
If you also use Clear Day with a school on the same email, that school account stays as it is. Only Clear Day Family is removed.
