Sign in to Clear Day Family

Clear Day Family is a free account for parents and guardians. You don't need a school on Clear Day to use it, and there's no password: we email you a code each time you sign in.

Sign in with a code

1. Go to app.useclearday.com/finding-care/sign-in, or choose Follow this center or Keep your shortlist on any device on a center's page in the Clear Day directory.
2. Enter your email and choose Email me a code.
3. Open the email from Clear Day and type the 6-digit code under Check your email, then choose Sign in.

The code works for 10 minutes. If you sign in for the first time, this creates your account.

If the code doesn't arrive

• Check your spam folder.
• Choose Resend code once it appears, a short wait after the first code.
• Choose Use a different email if you typed the wrong address.

If you already use Clear Day with a school

Use the same email. Clear Day adds Family to the account you already have, so you don't end up with two. On the Account page, Back to your school account switches back.

Sign out

Open Account and choose Sign out.
